Founded in 1975, the U.N. International Year of Women
Aims:

• To promote solidarity among women
• To inform women on their rights and responsibilities
• To draw public attention to the problems of women in general and those of working women in particular
• To keep the public informed about all the issues concerning women
• To provide moral and financial support to women
• To encourage women to get educated and trained
• To give financial help to needy students
• To communicate and establish contacts with women abroad
  

Activities: Social, educational, cultural and informative
about human rights of women through lectures,
conferences, talks etc. taking part in meetings
abroad on ıssıes about women organizing group tours
abroad with the intention of educating women
about other countries.
